Welcome to the Utermohlens of Hoorn! |

How to navigate this website:
You may choose to follow the arrows below to go through the story of our family, the Utermohlens of Hoorn, North Holland, or you may go directly to specific topics by clicking on the links to the right. If you click on the image of the Utermohlen couple in the left-hand corner of each page, you will return to this homepage. The story of our family is in the process of construction, as long-lost cousins have recently found each other, thanks to the Internet. At this time, the story takes us from the early part of the 19th century, from the birth of Heinrich Friedrich August Utermohlen in 1836, to the end of the century and his death in 1904. As we - HFA Utermohlen's descendents - become reacquainted with each other, and gather together the family lore, this website will include the life stories of HFA's wife, children, grandchildren, greatgrandchildren, greatgreatgrandchildren, and yes, greatgreatgreatgrandchildren! Please come back as this site expands. If you have any information to add, please contact the webmaster, Virginia Utermohlen, at vu10@cornell.edu. |
